stop co-signin'

I might be wrong for this, but right now i don't care. [i might regret what i say tomorrow]

YES we are about to have our first black president.
YES we are EXCITED about that
YES i voted for him.

But why are you? You didn't vote. You stay hating on Americans all the time. And now all of a sudden cause we got a new head of state you want to be down? Fuck you! I don't even know who's your president/prime minister. I doubt i'll be that excited about your elected leader...so you don't need to tell me.

WE [those who voted] made history. YOU didn't.

Some folks loss their right to vote but still contributed to this election and to the overall society. Maybe all they could do was pass a flyer or hold a meeting but they helped and they should not be forgotten. They are still taxpayers! Dig?

not aimed at tax paying citizens or residents of this country.

this is aimed at those individuals who act like they are more excited than US who reside here.

I dont know, Asia...

...as far as race relations go, I can say that a lot of overseas areas have been BEGGING us to make Obama president and some countries are even MORE elated that he won than we are. Why? Because in some instances, they have to deal with the new president (in our present state) a bit more than we do at times. So I'd say that I can see their jubilee to a degree, ya know...They dont vote, pay taxes, etc...but they still gotta do relations with our president and all that, which can and do determine THEIR economy. Kinda like a double-edged sword, sorta.

Like Russell Brand said at the VMAs in '08: "Please vote for Obama...for the good of the WORLD!" He's British, but all that stuff that goes on overseas...they are affected as well. It's world-reknowned....

Aight rant over lol

Foreigners were excited that the new Administration will bring forward a different outlook upon international policy...

ms slim: trust, i understand the importance that our president plays in the global scheme of things. the socio-economic climate of the world is set through policies of corporations and governments the like. i just want these overseas individuals to understand that we MADE history...and to gloat a little [shit we got the flyest president in all of history...he need a passport just to walk]

but your rant is well welcomed :D
i love reading.

Kofi: i really hope that the new presidency will subscribe to a more diplomatic approach to foreign relations and policies. but the skepticism that is within me really doubts that much will change. [but i really really really hope it does] shit i was born in a third world country i know how the Western nations tend to Exploit and economically enslave other nations [i'm well aware of this] but most of this is done through their business practices.

with that said
YAY OBAMA! i'm still overly hyped about him being pres. [though i have always viewed the presidency as a mascot of the country that comes out during half time to take our attention off of the real players of the game]
but none the less, i don't want to take anything from this moment...we are truly living in marvelous times
